... my young male Solomon Island eclectus parrot. He is sweet, smart,
and a wonderful addition to our family. My 7 year old daughter and
10 year old son love to spend time playing with our big green bird.
Even my husband, the bird hater, has come to enjoy our Elvis.
The first photos were all taken by Barbara Jones, the owner of Gulf Coast Exotic Birds, while he was being prepared to leave the nest and fly to his new home.
